I had an appointment, received the confirmation text the day before (no where on the text does it say call/text to confirm) and then the morning of my appointment I'm called to be told my appointment has been given away. It's a shame as I thought Dr Gold was a wonderful dentist and a cool chick. But it's disrespectful and bad business to stuff your customers around. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪DO NOT take your business to Beaufort Dental Clinic. After a bad experience in which I was called on the day of my appointment to ask why I hadn't confirmed, when the receptionist hadn't actually sent me a confirmation text, to only have the appointment cancelled an hour later, I will be taking my business elsewhere. There are many other dental clinics in Perth who provide comparable services at cheaper rates and will actually commit to the reservations that they make.Dan ThemanMay 01, 2017
